Abstract
This research uses one-dimensional Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) to evaluate the integrity, molecular weight, and purity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies. Protein bands in the gels were compared to previously established standards to ensure consistency among HRP-conjugated antibodies. Results prove successful HRP conjugations for applications such as ELISA and Western blotting.
