Abstract
Properties of soil on an alluvial fan in the Frenchman Flat area of the Nevada Test Site were measured and have been related to unsaturated hydraulic conductivity. A geostatistical analysis has been performed to study spatial variability of the properties. Contour maps of the three spatially dependent properties were created by kriging techniques.
