Abstract
ALERT!O is a revolutionary product that can make roads safer. A high percentage of auto accidents are a result of rear-end collisions caused mostly by driver inattentiveness. ALERT!O is a product that helps eliminate these accidents by making stopped or slowing vehicles more visible. ALERT!O is an LED matrix display that is embedded in the glass of a driver’s rear windshield. The system monitors the vehicle's on-board computer and will show a much more visible alert to drivers behind if the car begins to slow quickly. The product also has the ability to show custom and pre-programmed messages to drivers behind, controlled by voice-activation to be hands-free, and can serve to replace existing defroster systems. Current analysis of the market shows that this type of system is not currently available to drivers, and by promoting safety, this product could have significant success. The management team has a diverse background and has outlined a clear strategy to build a prototype of this product. Finally, the cost of this product to produce and projected cash-flow and balances have been included to illustrate the company’s value to investors.
