Abstract

Paleontological and paleoecological studies in White Pine and Eureka Counties, Nevada, reveled 24 fusulinid taxa. The optimum environment for fusulinids appears to have been shallow (10-50 m), light-penetrated, marine waters of about 35 ppm salinity.
